Marvin was born at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, New York to two loving parents, Teresa and Dale Lasecki. They had a daughter, Mia, five years previously. The new baby boy was loved and doted on by every one. His older sister cherished him. The children lived a nice, comfortable life until tragedy struck the family. Just after Marvin's fifth birthday his mother passed away. She was on her way home from work one evening when a drunk driver went straight through a red light and hit her vehicle dead on. Marvin was too young to understand what happened but knew his Mother was gone.
Marvin was brought up in a good family. His father did what he could for he and mia. When he was 12 years old, Marvin and Mia came home from school to a surprise. Their father had adopted a little girl named Destyni. She was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. From that day on he vowed to protect her as much as he could. Even though there was an obvious age difference between the two younger siblings they spent most of the time together. They were left at home when Mia went off to college so it was inevitable that a bond would be tied. Their father nicknamed them the Terrible Twosome because they got in to all sorts of trouble. He hated leaving her and their Father behind once he left for Tulane.
Once in New Orleans it was a tough adjustment for the young man. His first year was tough but he made it through. Half way into his second year, Marvin met someone. They became friends then shortly thereafter began dating. He fell for Bliss right away and vice versa. They became inseparable while at school and even during breaks they would split their time between their hometowns. During their Senior year at Tulane, the young couple found an apartment together and have co-habitated for a year now. They graduated in May and were faced with a couple decisions to make.
They made the decision to move to Boston so Marvin could enroll in Harvard's law school. Though that wasn't the only reason either. His sister will be attending College in Boston. His ulterior motive is to make sure her first year away from home won't be as hard as his was and to keep an eye on her. He doesn't know what to expect in Massachusetts but he is looking forward to the experience.
